Spectator Information

Racing takes place every day from Monday 3rd September until Friday 7th September. Families of competitors and RNCYC members and can book onto spectator yachts that will be on duty, leaving from Rhu Marina.

The first race is scheduled to start at 1000 each day. Weather permitting, racing is expected to take place on the East Patch, near to Helensburgh Pier (shown as Race Area 1 on the map below). Boats and buoys make noise so that the visually impaired competitors can find them.

If you are using your own vessel to view the racing, please do not get too close to the racing, as our visually impaired competitors need to hear the buoys! For any doubt, check in with the Race Committee on VHF Ch 77.
