Amendments to SI’s

11.2 is deleted and replaced by 

11.2.2 The starting line is between an Orange flag on a staff on a committee vessel and an Orange buoy,  located approximately as shown in Attachment A.

 

and

13.1 is deleted and replaced by

13.1.2 The finishing line will be between a BlueFlag on a staff on a committee vessel and an orange buoy, located approximately as shown in Attachment A,  except when the course is shortened under SI 13.2. Boats shall pass through  the finish line from the direction of the previous mark - See RRS definition Finish.
